Mayor Rocky Anderson, Judge Andrew Valdez to Announce Selections for SLC Reads Together at Large West High School Assembly

Mayor Rocky Anderson and acclaimed Utah Juvenile Court Judge Andrew Valdez will announce the winter selections for Salt Lake City Reads Together, the citywide book club, at an assembly at West High School. Anderson and Valdez will emphasize the importance of reading for enjoyment, education, professional advancement, and personal growth.
Mayor Anderson, Judge Andrew Valdez, and a West High School Assistant Principal will speak at the assembly, which will include an estimated 300-500 students. All members of the media, as well as booksellers, librarians, teachers, and other advocates for reading, are cordially invited to attend.
